چکیده
Viruses in the genus Polerovirus infect a wide range of crop plants and cause severe economic losses. BrYV belongs to is transmitted by Myzus persicae. However, changes transcriptome proteome profiles M. persicae during viral infection are unclear. Here, RNA-Seq TMT-based quantitative proteomic analysis were performed compare differences between viruliferous nonviruliferous aphids. In total, 1266 DEGs identified at level transcription with 980 being upregulated 286 downregulated At protein level, among 18 DEPs identified, number proteins aphids was twice that DEPs. Enrichment indicated these mainly involved epidermal synthesis, phosphorylation, various metabolic processes. Interestingly, expressions cuticle tubulins Taken together, our study revealed complex regulatory network its vector from perspective omics. These findings should be great benefit screening key factors process virus circulation provide new insights for prevention via control field.

Insecticide Resistance Mechanisms in the Green Peach Aphid Myzus persicae (Hemiptera: Aphididae) I: A Transcriptomic Survey
BACKGROUND Insecticide resistance is one of the best examples of rapid micro-evolution found in nature. Since the development of the first synthetic insecticide in 1939, humans have invested considerable effort to stay ahead of resistance phenotypes that repeatedly develop in insects. Aphids are a group of insects that have become global pests in agriculture and frequently exhibit insecticide r...
متن کاملMyzus persicae Sulzer aphid contains oxylipins that
Oxylipins are oxygenated fatty acids and their derivatives that play key roles in response to stress. They are widespread in many organisms including mammals or plants but are unknown in arthropods. In this study, we identified oxylipins in Myzys persicae Sulzer aphids reared on Vicia faba L. plants. Further experiments based on: (i) Radiolabelled substrate incubation with aphid extracts, and (...
متن کاملTransmission of Turnip yellows virus by Myzus persicae Is Reduced by Feeding Aphids on Double-Stranded RNA Targeting the Ephrin Receptor Protein
Aphid-transmitted plant viruses are a threat for major crops causing massive economic loss worldwide. Members in the Luteoviridae family are transmitted by aphids in a circulative and non-replicative mode. Virions are acquired by aphids when ingesting sap from infected plants and are transported through the gut and the accessory salivary gland (ASG) cells by a transcytosis mechanism relying on ...
متن کاملInfection of potato plants with potato leafroll virus changes attraction and feeding behaviour of Myzus persicae
Potato leafroll virus (PLRV; genus Polerovirus , family Luteoviridae) is a persistently transmitted circulative virus that depends on aphids for spreading. The primary vector of PLRV is the aphid Myzus persicae (Sulzer) (Homoptera: Aphididae). Solanum tuberosum L. potato cv. Kardal (Solanaceae) has a certain degree of resistance to M. persicae : young leaves seem to be resistant, whereas senesc...
متن کاملEndosymbiotic bacteria associated with circulative transmission of potato leafroll virus by Myzus persicae.
In order to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying circulative transmission of potato leafroll virus (PLRV) by aphids, we screened Myzus persicae proteins as putative PLRV binding molecules using a virus overlay assay of protein blots. In this way, we found that purified PLRV particles exhibited affinity for five aphid proteins. The one most readily detected has an M(r) of 63K, and was ...
